Is there an order in which min max rules are enforced? Can 2 rules affect the same SKU? How is that handled?

The rules are executed in descending order or order id associated with rules
A given SKU is processed only once. Only the highest ranking rule applicable to a given SKU is applied. Remaining rules are ignored
