How can I apply different strategies to a group of SKUs ?

You can create groups (either dynamic or manual) and set up a Configuration record for each group. If using Bulk Min/Max, you can create different rules for each group. This method works for most cases (about 99%). For unique situations, you can create Custom Logic to handle specific needs.
