How can I update SKUs in bulk using Microsoft Excel ?

You can upload excel through the Bulk Min/Max tab ( Update Using Excel Upload sub-tab) . There, you'll find an option to download your SKUs as an Excel file, which includes instructions on which fields to update. After making the necessary updates, you can upload the file back using the "Choose File" and "Upload button".
